Non-Disclosure Statement

The Registered User (User) of LCS Online Services understands and agrees that any and all records, documents, computer files, and / or any other items that may be viewed, accessed, downloaded, or otherwise received from Legal Copy Services, Inc. through LCS Online Services are provided as a record production service strictly and solely for the use of the User on the condition that the items will not be shared, forwarded, distributed, or re-disclosed to any other party.

The User also understands that any records, documents, computer files, and / or any other items provided to the User by Legal Copy Services, Inc. through LCS Online Services may contain protected health information (PHI) and are provided in a secure, confidential, and encrypted environment through LCS Online Services, within the confines of HIPAA rules and regulations. Any re-disclosure of PHI by the User is done so without the knowledge or approval of Legal Copy Services, Inc., and is strictly prohibited. Any action by the User otherwise may cause the User to be in violation of HIPAA rules and regulations.

The failure by the User to adhere to this agreement may result in the suspension or cancellation of the User’s LCS Online Services account and may cause the User to be responsible for any damages, monetary or otherwise, as caused by the sharing, forwarding, distribution, or re-disclosure of any items obtained from Legal Copy Services, Inc. through LCS Online Services.
